1. Matters Concerning recoveries/deductions made by Food Corporation of India
- Cases regarding the amount deducted from sale bills of wheat / rice of Foodsup / Pungrain, by the FCI and in this regard correspondence with FCI and with Ministry of Food & Consumer Affairs, Government of India.
2. Other procurement agency's recoveries/deductions made by FCI
- Agency-wise communication with GOI & Food Corporation of India for recoveries/deductions made by them from respective sales bills of all procurement agencies except PUNGRAIN
3. Reports (Month-wise/Financial Year-wise/Commodity-Wise/District-Wise)
- Collection of information from all the districts regarding deductions made by FCI in prescribed format Rec.1 & Rec.2
4. CAG/PAC/LAR Audit Paras
5. Taking-up cases U/R-8 & U/R-10 regarding delay in dispatch documents
- Disciplinary Cases against the defaulting officials regarding recovery amount mentioned in realization audit notes from the year 1980-81 to 2002-03 of Food supply and from 2003-04 onwards of PUNGRAIN
